Mike Hail -Foreman

Mike is a foreman, supervisor and estimator for Donlon Plumbing’s New construction, remodel and commercial projects.

He has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of plumbing. With over 35 years of experience Mike is our go to guy with most the bigger projects.

Mike is married to Alayne (Donlon’s Accounting Manager) has 4 children and 6 grandkids.

He loves hunting, fishing, camping and travel with his family.

Alayne-Office Manager

Alayne has over 20 year’s experience in the plumbing business. Working as the accounts manager, HR, Payroll and office manager she deals with all billing and many situations for the company. She is married to Mike Hail and they have 4 children and 6 grandkids.

Alayne Loves to shop, garden, cook, camp and travel with the family.

She loves shopping, travel and cooking.

Mariela-Service Manager

Mariela is our Service Manager. She handles all customer service and oversees the service plumbers and dispatch. Mariela will be the one you talk to at the front desk with her assistant Ruby. She has almost 5 years with the company and loves to work out, watch criminal documentaries and spend time with her fiancé.

Betty

Betty is our new service assistant. She will be answering your calls and questions with Mari in the service department.
Betty spends most of her time raising 3 boys and going to soccer games. She loves to hang out with her friends and walk on the beach.
She also loves taking dance classes. We are happy to have Betty join our team!

Mark

Mark has 20 years of plumbing experience. He leaves a lasting impression with kitchen & bathroom faucet finishes.

He is part of our 24 hour on call service crew, which rotates throughout the month to provide high quality service.

On his days off he spends time with his wife and 5 children, he also loves working on his Harley Davidson.

Mike Calloway

Mike is one of our great guys! He has been plumbing for over 20 years. He mostly works in the commercial, remodel and new construction department. Mike loves to spend time with his family and grandkids. He also loves gardening, dirt bikes, fishing and bike riding.

Mike Checky

Mike has been with this company for over 15 years and has over 40 years of experience in plumbing. He is a supervisor and is very knowledgeable in all aspects of plumbing having had owned his own company at one time.

Mike works mostly in new construction, remodels, and commercial projects.

He loves to spend time with his wife, loves the game corn hole, casinos and bowling.

Fernando Morales

Fernando is one of our best guys! He has been plumbing for over 35 years and works in new construction, remodels and commercial. Fernando loves to spend time with his family and kids, travel and casinos!

Rafael Perez

One of our best construction and remodel plumbers. Rafa has extensive experience and has been doing plumbing for over 10 years. He is a hard worker and a great guy. He loves to work at home on his house and soccer.

Roque Ramirez

Roque has been with our company for over 3 years and is one of our hardest workers. He is always happy with a great attitude. Roque loves to do things around the house and spend time with his family.

Matt

Matt has been in the plumbing field for over 5 years. He is an apprentice working in the new construction, commercial and remodel projects we have. Matt is having a great time exploring life with his girlfriend, travel and music.

Mike Jackson

Mike Jackson works in our service department and has extensive experience in the plumbing field. He is working hard to take care of our daily projects. Mike loves cars, and spending time with his family.

Anthony

Anthony is our amazing go-to guy. He does everything around the shop and keeps us organized. He is currently in the apprentice program and is doing fantastic! Anthony has been with us for over a year. He loves cars and plumbing.

Joey

Joey has been with the company for almost 5 years. He started as an apprentice and has worked hard to become one of our plumbers. He is doing a great job in our service department working with our management companies and much more. He loves music, rap and the MMA.

Carlos

Carlos is an apprentice and is currently working in with our plumbers in new construction and remodel. He works with his dad Rafael. Carlos has been with us for about a year and is doing a great job learning the trade.
