Mike Hail -Foreman
Mike is a foreman, supervisor and estimator for Donlon Plumbing’s New construction, remodel and commercial projects. He has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of plumbing. With over 35 years of experience Mike is our go to guy with most the bigger projects. Mike is married to Alayne (Donlon’s Accounting Manager) has 4 children and 6 grandkids. He loves hunting, fishing, camping and travel with his family.
Alayne-Office Manager
Alayne has over 20 year’s experience in the plumbing business. Working as the accounts manager, HR, Payroll and office manager she deals with all billing and many situations for the company. She is married to Mike Hail and they have 4 children and 6 grandkids. Alayne Loves to shop, garden, cook, camp and travel with the family.
Janelle
Janelle is our customer service and Social Media representative. When she isn’t on the clock, she enjoys baking, spending quality time with her family and boyfriend, and trying out local coffee shops.
Jasmin
Mike Checky
Mike has been with this company for over 15 years and has over 40 years of experience in plumbing. He is a supervisor and is very knowledgeable in all aspects of plumbing having had owned his own company at one time. Mike works mostly in new construction, remodels, and commercial projects. He loves to spend time with his wife, loves the game corn hole, casinos and bowling.
Rafael Perez
One of our best construction and remodel plumbers. Rafa has extensive experience and has been doing plumbing for over 10 years. He is a hard worker and a great guy. He loves to work at home on his house and soccer.
Mike Jackson
Mike Jackson works in our service department and has extensive experience in the plumbing field. He is working hard to take care of our daily projects. Mike loves cars, and spending time with his family.
Anthony
Anthony is our amazing go-to guy. He does everything around the shop and keeps us organized. He is currently a Service Plumber and Tankless Technician. He has been with Donlon Plumbing for 7 years. He loves cars and plumbing.
Joey
Joey has been with the company for almost 5 years. He started as an apprentice and has worked hard to become one of our plumbers. He is doing a great job in our service department working with our management companies and much more. He loves music, rap and the MMA.
Carlos
Carlos is an apprentice and is currently working in with our plumbers in new construction and remodel. He works with his dad Rafael. Carlos has been with us for a few years and is a construction plumber.
David Gonzales
David Gonzales is one of our construction plumbers and has over 20+ years of experience.He is a hard worker with a positive attitude.He enjoys working out, salsa dancing and hiking.
Juan
Juan is a team player and an apprentice who has completed Noritz training and works with the service plumbers in his free time. He enjoys spending quality time with his family, including his wife and baby.
Robert
Robert is an apprentice service plumber. In his free time, he enjoys staying busy by dirt biking, riding motorcycles, watching soccer, and staying active through walks alongside his dogs.
