Just wanted to pass along some recognition to Donlon Plumbing, specifically Mike Jackson and Alex! Long story short, I had a drain issue that started a few days ago. I decided to give another plumbing company a shot (Lloyds Plumbing out of Thousands Oaks). Needless to say, Lloyds Plumbing did not get the job done and I was still charged, at this point, I think I was overcharged!($149 vs your price of $125)! In the past, we’ve used Donlon Plumbing for our issues. And the day that the Lloyds Plumbing failed, I remember asking the plumber, “I wonder how Donlon plumbing cleared it in the past?” The Lloyds plumber replied “I don’t know, you should call them”. And guess what I did… Thanks Mike and Alex for coming out and getting the job done in less that 30 minutes! Afterwards, Mike was kind enough to explain how I can avoid clogs in the future. I am very happy with the service and price of Donlon. You have attained a lifelong customer!
